Morning, reception. A returning patient gives their mobile number; the front desk finds the record and UHID in seconds, books the consultation and issues a token. The doctor's queue updates on its own — no calling names across the waiting hall.
OPD. The doctor sees the patient's history, previous prescriptions and lab results on one screen, records vitals and diagnosis, writes the prescription and orders investigations. Pharmacy and laboratory receive the orders instantly.
