Register your hospital

1. Open Hospita and choose Register hospital. Enter the hospital details and verify the mobile number / e-mail with the OTP.
2. Sign in with an OTP — Hospita does not use passwords.
3. Add your branches, departments and doctors, then invite staff and assign roles (12 defaults, or create your own).
4. Configure services and charges, pharmacy items and lab tests before going live.

Clinical workflow

• Appointments issue tokens and prevent double booking.
• OPD consultation records vitals, diagnosis, prescription, investigations and follow-up.
• IPD uses a visual bed board for admissions, transfers and the discharge summary.
• The nursing station and emergency triage screens keep the floor team in sync.

Pharmacy, lab and billing

• Pharmacy tracks stock by batch and dispenses first-expiry-first-out, with expiry and low-stock alerts.
• Laboratory results are flagged against age/gender reference ranges and verified before release.
• Billing covers invoices, payments, refunds, the IPD final bill and insurance claims.
